Staff can benefit from this grant to help towards the cost of a part-time study or training while employed by Tarem Services Limited. The aim is to help staff engage in study that will further their career aspirations and how much staff receive depends on what their studying, which is paid directly to the educational institution or training provider.

Staff might be interested in taking up training or courses like Hairdressing, Beauty, SIA Security, Adult Social Care and Plumbing.

Eligibility

• Staff applying for the grant must be employed by Tarem Services for at least 2 years.
• The course of study or training will need to be with a recognised institution.
• Staff will need to pay at least half of the cost towards the course.
• You can apply to borrow between £250 and £2,000 to help fund your course

To qualify for the grant, you need to make sure that you apply 3 months before your course starts as this gives us enough time to process your application.

We only have a limited amount for the grant and applications will be on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, applications will close when the funding is fully allocated. Also, please note that if you drop out of the course, you will be liable to pay the full amount.
