Tage joined Tarem Services in 2002, looking for stability to support her family. What started as a part-time cleaning role quickly evolved into a remarkable career built on dedication, hard work, and leadership.
A Journey of Growth & Progression
2002: Took the initiative and reached out directly to Tarem Services, securing a 2-hour-a-day role as a Cleaning Operative at one of our contract sites in central London.
2011: After years of proving her attention to detail and reliability, she was promoted to Supervisor, a position she never actively sought but fully deserved.
2021: Her leadership skills became impossible to ignore, and she stepped into a full-time management role.
2025: Now serving as a Contract Manager, Tage works closely with teams to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Her story is proof that career progression isn’t about chasing promotions – it’s about consistently showing up, delivering excellence, and making a difference.
