We’re pleased to share news of our new cleaning contract with Chase New Homes, an independent property developer that has been building homes across the UK since 2005.
With one of Tarem Services’ Welfare Cleaners now working on-site, this reflects our partnership commitment to delivering cleaning services with care, purpose, and responsibility.

As part of our ongoing commitment, we’ve offset 1 tonne of CO₂ for this contract – just as we do for every new client engagement.
This is delivered through the Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) with Carbon Footprint Ltd, reinforcing our approach to responsible and sustainable service delivery.
